Are you getting way too few leads and spending way too much on them? How would you like to get even MORE leads, convert more of them, and pay LESS?! Well, if that’s you, this video is for YOU! Let me show you how.

I first wanted to start off by showing you a report that just came out by CINC Pro, which is a CRM and lead generation platform used by many REALTORS® across the U.S. This was just released today, June 2nd, 2020, and the report provides an update for the first quarter of 2020 to show the lead generation costs in the top 100 markets throughout the U.S.

For this example, I’m going to show you their cost per lead (CPL), versus the cost per lead that I give to my clients. If we just scroll down, I’m going to show you a comparison to the closest market that CINC reported on, and that’s the Tampa/ St. Petersburg/ Clearwater, Florida market.

As you can see on the right hand side, the CPL is $3.45 – not bad. However, if we look at my results you will see that in this case, this active ad has generated a 135 leads over the course of the last month, with a cost of $1.61.

Facebook ranks this as an above average conversion rate, which means more people clicked on this ad than an average ad that’s similar to this one. The thing that’s really important to show here is if we scroll over just slightly you will see that the link clicks is at 443, and the number of leads generated from those 443 people was 135. That equates to about 30% of people filling in the Facebook lead form from this ad!

This ad here that I’m currently running for my client is in a location just north of Tampa Bay/ St. Petersburg/ Clearwater, FL area that is reported on here at $3.45/CPL. The cost per lead on my ad is less than half of that of the CINC cost per lead, and CINC spends tens of thousands of dollars in perfecting how they can get a better return on your investment every year. They have a much bigger budget than I do, but their cost per result is twice as expensive as what mine is!

I’m going to show in here exactly what this ad looks like. I used a video and basically just said, “The best search tools for new and just reduced homes and condos for sale on the Emerald Coast is HERE!”, and then the heading at the bottom is “Search new and just reduce condos and homes”. The button is ‘Learn More’, and so that is what people are clicking on to then fill in the Facebook ad leads form. You can also see that 13 people shared this ad to get even more reach for you, and 32 people liked and loved this.

We’re seeing great results, great engagement, and a great return on their investment. We have been working on the cost per leads and getting the cost down for our clients for 12 years now.
